Dining Review - May 2008
Many thanks to Beth and Keith for this review.  Now who's going to send in June's review?

A regular haunt of ours (on nice evenings when we want a drive out of our own village!) is The Jolly Farmers at 1 Burnham Road, North Creake, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 9JW (Tel: 01328 738185).

This traditional, early 19th century inn has great character, consisting of a dining room, the main bar, and lots of nooks and crannies. They serve real ales straight from the barrel, a good range of wines and an unusually varied array of soft drinks. The food is really excellent, with meat and fish from local suppliers and local game and mussels in season. There is always a good selection of home-made desserts on offer - if you have room!

Service is friendly and helpful, and most people go back for more!
