kite side of the event is organised by Bryan Cantle (Dark Star)
supported by Team Adrenalize who display the power side of kiting. The
Great Ouse Kite Flyers together with Thorpe Kite Flyers and Team Piscean
bring to the arena a wonderful display of single line kites. Bruno
usually follows with various stacks of Kites and his son Leo with his
sports kites. Stuart Fletcher flies his stack of Flexi foils. Strafford
Wallace thrills with his Indian Fighting Kites and Carl will no doubt
entertain the crowd with countless 360s should the wind fall light.
Everyone will marvel at the lovely display of hand painted rokkaku
kites. Running
parallel with the Kite festival is the Hunstanton Classic Car and
Motorcycle Rally with some two hundred entrants. This side of the day is
always well supported. The vehicles will be on static display until
early afternoon when they will join a cavalcade around the arena led by
a troupe of baton twirling Majorettes. Also during the day Justo James
entertains the children young and old with his unique style of clowning
and Mike Hoffman sets off some rockets - and boy do they go off with a
