OPEN BOWLS TOURNAMENT
3rd - 9th July 2004
 
The opening day saw wind and heavy rain, the players  survived (just) but the scoreboards took a tumble.
Sunday, Monday and Tuesday we had some sunshine.
Wednesday we had near gale force winds to contend with, then Thursday started sunny but then
back came the rain.
On Friday, finals day, back came the rain and from 12.30pm it rained and rained and rained, so on reflection
this must have been one of the worst week's weather the tournament has ever had.
